Project 6
In this past project. project #6, we were introduced to sytrus. Whcich was very cool playing around with it and making cool sounds. We then had to make a drum loop with this and add the sytrus which we put into the riffmachine. I added drums and and made a beat with the riff machine and this is what i came up with. I hope you enjoy!

I think you went a little overboard on the pitch envelope. I'm hearing an awful lot of warble in one of the synths.
ReplyDeleteAlso, throughout the piece, I'm hearing one long sustained note. I'm not sure what that is, and you didn't explain it in your post.
This piece doesn't follow AABA form either.
sorry about this mr. rabuse i got a little confused with this project. But that constant note is a guitar. i put it in like u said i should to equalize it.
ReplyDeletethis loop really reminded me of a submarine like underwater sounds. the outro is weak but it held a decent rhythm for the majority of the sound.Good Job!
ReplyDeleteI think you overall did a nice job with this project. It was a little short, but I liked the claps and drum beat you had. I also liked the way you used the sytrus even though at times it was a little shaky. However, overall nice job.
